How do I create a Sharp logo for a favicon to a canvas size of 16×16 pixels?

I'm a designer who is trying to create favicons (ico) with company logos, always. It seems that they all look super blurry?

Yes that is because the zoom they start to pixelate. If you try draw your hand you can use the logos of paint that would look good as icons in the correct size.
