Dead Pixel?
I think i may have a dead pixel on my screen but it’s blue, not black as i would expect. Is there any way i can refresh the screen to try and remove the problem (unless it is dead)?
thanx
You have two options when you have a stuck pixel, the best way is by using these programs which will put the display through it’s paces trying to get the pixel to respond.
Another way sometimes for the most stubborn of stuck or even dead pixels is to get a cloth and put a small section of it hot water for a few minutes until it is also good and warm… while your monitor is on you can try and massage the pixel while running one of the programs previously mentioned, hopefully unsticking it and giving you your viewing pleasure again
