I have a question about the movie Pixel Perfect?

I never understood what happens in modern Loretta pixel perfect at the end of the film. What happened?

If you get what Disney was trying to say is that, basically, Loretta had a soul. This could only be one soul in the body of Sam. Loretta wanted to be real and be able to leave, and ultimately feel the rain. She got what she wanted and his "soul" was free. So basically it's become like a ghost if you can believe that a hologram can have a soul or spirit.
